ITV festive favourite The Big Soap Quiz is set to return this Christmas.
The annual game show, which has become a staple during the holiday season, will see familiar faces from Emmerdale and Coronation Street being tested on the most unforgettable soap moments of 2024.

Stephen Mulhern will be back in his usual role as show host.
Regular team captains Jack P. Shepherd and Mark Charnock will once again lead their respective teams in the festive face-off.
Jack is best known for playing David Platt on Coronation Street, while Mark Charnock stars in Emmerdale as Marlon Dingle.
Previous seasons of the quiz have seen popular cast members such as Simon Gregson, Sair Khan, Karen Blick, and Jay Kontzle join in on the fun.
In 2022 viewers were vocal about their disappointment that EastEnders cast members are not invited to participate in the quiz show.
However, the reason behind this is that the quiz was only created for ITV soaps.
For viewers eager to catch up or relive past showdowns, previous editions of The Big Quiz: Coronation Street Vs Emmerdale are available to stream on ITVX.
This comes after the exciting news that the British Soap Awards are making a comeback in 2025 after a year-long hiatus.
In 2023, Jane McDonald was drafted in as emergency host to cover long-time presenter Phillip Schofield — who had to relinquish the gig in the wake of the This Morning scandal.
ITV then shelved the annual awards for 2024.
A source has now told the Sun: “Bosses know we’re a nation of soap lovers and The British Soap Awards is the biggest and best award ceremony for soap fans. It’s been sorely missed this year, so everyone’s pleased it’s coming back for 2025.
“It’s still very early stages, so there’s been no conversations about a host or location as yet, but execs and viewers were impressed with Jane as the host last year.”
